It operates as a subscription-based predictive competition with:

• No wagering
• No betting markets
• Chance-mitigated skill components
• Optional free entry routes where applicable

4. Use of Service

Users agree not to:

• Harass or abuse others
• Attempt to manipulate results
• Create fraudulent accounts
• Circumvent geoblocking

5. Free Entry

Where required by law (e.g., Ireland, Canada), users may enter without payment.

Free-entry method is equal to paid entry.

6. Membership & Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly.

Users may cancel anytime.

Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by law.

7. Jackpot Distribution

Jackpot prize pools:

• Are funded from monthly subscription revenue
• Are split among qualifying users per rules
• May include rollover and charity components

8. Charity Contributions

A portion of funds may be allocated to monthly charities.

We reserve the right to change or substitute charities.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Abusive activity
• Breach of Terms

10. Liability

Service is provided "as-is".

We are not liable for:

• Delays
• Errors
• Outages
• Loss of data
• Financial losses beyond capped membership value

11. Disputes

Where permitted, disputes will be resolved by mediation or arbitration in the operator's jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms with notice.
