Free Entry Rules

1. Overview

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To comply with promotional prize laws (including Canada and Ireland), we offer a no-purchase-necessary entry route via mail-in submission.

2. Equal Status

Free-entry participants receive:

• The same chance of winning as paid members
• Equal jackpot eligibility
• Identical skill-testing requirements

Prize allocation does not discriminate based on entry method.

3. How to Enter

To enter without purchase or payment, eligible persons may submit a Free Entry by mailing a handwritten entry to:

• Your full legal name
• Date of birth (to verify 18+ eligibility)
• Complete mailing address including country
• Email address
• Phone number
• The name of ONE (1) Public Figure from the current selection pool
• The month for which the Pick applies
• Handwritten statement: "I have read and agree to the Official Rules"

4. Deadlines

Free entries:

• Must be postmarked by the 7th day of the applicable month
• Must be received by the 14th day of the applicable month
• Entries received after this date will be applied to the following month

5. Limits

Each eligible person may submit a maximum of ONE (1) Free Entry per calendar month.

6. Fraud Prevention

We may reject:

• Duplicate entries
• Incomplete submissions
• Entries not handwritten
• Automated or mass-produced submissions
• Bad faith activity
